Only disappear. They do come back. Some of my posts on this thread are blank atm.

They disappear after a minute or too. Grin then they come back.

Well thanks Usual that's solved that mystery for me, I thought I was losing the plot!
I put something in CWB on a post and it was fine but when I looked at it again half of it was gone and what was left made no sense!

Tech - wow, you're the tech that's been around forever (well almost) aren't you!? In the olden days when you were the only tech?

Did you disappear for a while and then come back again as I'm sure I haven't seen you for years?

(BTW I'm not a mad stalker. I've just been around for a fair few years myself under various names)

Hi, Yes I'm tech as in original tech from the year 2000 (spooky music.) I was away for a couple of years but I've been back at MN for a few years now. I still live in the US though so I'm more often around in the evening UK time...

Am I right in thinking all these things like dodgy italics and missing are only happening on mobile, not on the desktop version?

Ooh this happened to me earlier. I made a comment at the end of my post in < > marks and it disappeared! But then I refreshed the page a few times and it came back.

And now I've forgotten how to do a blank post so am going to try.

Italics were appearing intermittently on the Strictly thread last night and this evening, and I noticed that some of my comments in posts where I'd used < > as brackets disappeared.

I'm on an iPad.
