Mumsnet merchandise - your input needed please

Hi all

After years of being asked to come up with MN merchandise and (aside from some incredibly tight t-shirts with virtual mother on them way back in the early-2000s) pretty much sticking our collective fingers in our ears, we've finally found someone who can help us produce and sell a qualiteee online range - hopefully available in time for Christmas. And we're looking for your input.

We reckon a range of T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and mugs with Mumsnet in-jokes/ popular phrases - which is what folks have mentioned in the past - but is there anything else we've collectively missed? And what do you want on them? A T-shirt telling all and sundry to LTB? A mug asking whether YABU? A hoody announcing that it' really best to RTFT?

Ideas very much welcome please

Do think the commission would be better going to charity though, it would make me buy more.

I really think the biggest seller would be the Red or White (sort of a MN House) Naice Wine. You could sell it through supermarkets (Waitrose and Aldi, obv) and it would sell by the caseload.

An OFRS would be great. In blue and white. A pombear pin badge, mumsnet logo mug with biscuit on. T-shirts and hoodies with [ hmm ], [ brew ] biscuits AIBU/YANBU/YABU on and Naice Ham and LTB etc would all be welcome. I would buy it all.

And definitely a mumsnet scarf. Suggesting yanbu one side yabu the other. Or the brew pic printed all over it. Or just biscuits. Or the face.

I do want a cake tin with "Punch Me" on the lid.

I would like a MN scarf, massive one, with choice acronyms in a random pattern:
ODFOD
YABU
HRWT
RTFT
YANBU
LTB etc

In the style of the Original MN scarf but letters instead OF leopard print IYKWIM.

Cake tin with ' Punch This Cake' or similar.

I would not wear slogany clothes outside the home.

I like the idea of using the smileys, except they are different on different devices....which ones are the definitive versions?

Also like the idea of small badges with some of the acronyms on.

I would buy a scarf with a pattern on it which said RTFT, HTH or LTB etc , like the bird print type ones. Or random pictures of the emoticons. HTH

I like the idea of a scarf with small beautiful writing that can only be read when you're really close up. It should have lots of sweaty thing, like cunting currys, fuck the fuck off, wtf, you get the jist.

I would like it to be dark blue or grey with white writing also. HTH!

Plastic plates and cups with Naice on them...not very seasonal but someone needs to design them!
