Mails and reports to/from MNHQ: we have discovered the Black Hole of Doom

Hello.

Lately, some of you have been saying you're not getting replies to your mails and reports to MNHQ.

Which we found a bit puzzling - as we do make a point of answering every mail and report that comes in.

So, we asked Tech to have a look - and he has discovered a huge batch (literally hundreds) of mails that we've 'sent' but that haven't actually been sent out by the server we were using.

It seems that our server, last week (and possibly the week before) has 'bounced' mails from us to anyone with a hotmail email address and to many with a yahoo or btinternet email address.

We think it's all fixed now but HUGE APOLOGIES

I didn't get a reply when I reported a pm. It's a gmail account. Not fussed about reply but thought it might be helpful to know!

Well Honey with the Lederhosen reported me for no good reason oh all right she dropped her phone and that was sorted so something's still working. The string and chewing gum's still sticking.

Do you automatically get a reply when you report a post? I reported 2about 6 weeks ago but never got any emails re them - they were deleted though. I have a gmail account.

Ive reported several things and got no response. Im with Yahoo. Its not a big deal, I just thought you were so swamped with pushchair-gate complaints that you (MNHQ) had given up replying

What's pushchair gate? Have I missed something?

It seems to me that technology is getting so complicated nowadays that sites like this ,and Nat West ,just cant keep up.
