Tech, why is your website so useless

People say to me, why is your website so crappy. It falls over all the time, and pages take ages to load. I say to them it's because it is built out of brown paper and string on account of how that Justine and Carrie have spent all the money on biscuits instead of servers and staff.

NOT REALLY, but we are aware that things have been a bit shall we say fragile of late. Steps Are Being Taken (TM) and we hope to be able to put in an enhancement next week to help. It would be sooner but there's a bit of convoluted work involved, things to configure and all that. So, sorry things have been a pain lately, but we are working on it, honest.

I came on here to leap to your defence. It's not a crappy site at all, it's fab.

It does go off an awful lot though.

I saw the thread heading and was going to come and post 'Oh don't be horrid to Tech, he's clearly had a really stressful time of it.'

It would be great to have it sorted, though. I NEED my daily dose of pointless bickering and shameless voyeurism.

Oi! Mumsnet Justine and Olivia and others, please give tech some help. Poor man sounds a bit stressed! If he gets stressed then he can't fix MN, if he can't fix MN then eventually we will all go elsewhere, if we go elsewhere then you'll have no jobs. If you can't give Tech some help, can you at least give him some of your ill gotten gains biscuits? Thanks.
