Inbox and PMs- Can we have folders, please?

Dear MNHQ, can you please consider a 'Folder' type thingy (technical term) for managing PMs?

Would really help with sorting my electronic paperwork.

We haven't done this recently, but can we have folders?

Worth a try. make everything so much easer. I'm currently trying to find a PM but can't remember the name, so can't search on email. But if we had folders I would be able to find it. And it matters.
