To me Mn celebs are those who just get where they are in terms of name recognition by repeatredly making controversial posts: akin to the BB celeb who ahsn't actually doen anything other than make themselves noticeable. Often these can be quite new- I would firmly put BarmyArmy into that camp as he is very new but also very noticeable. He certainly isn;t royalty yet though as he has naem recognition but nothing else.

Whereas with MN royalty I think you can acquire it through longevity and time served, but it's about a gentle assumption that runs through people that you are a intrinsic part of it all.

You can also be a MN celeb and stay in one area, but not MN royalty. MN celebs tend to pass through as well, whereas royalty do not; indeed, if celebs stick about they may well turn into royalty.

But this is all my opinion and nothing else of course. Just an observation I mkae over many years.

Honestly, people, if you are upset by not getting a namecheck or if you think these threads are unbearably quichey then you really do ntgal, and I mean that in a caring way, really I do.

Hully is a great gal. And Flighty, SOH, MadameDefarge, BIWI, Quint, Reality, Boffy, and dear old Cod too of course. I was fond of JeremyVile but she seems to have disappeared.

Am quite sure I have missed hundreds of other perfectly lovely people off but have been away for my summer break and am a bit out of the loop.
