I've started two

One about names that you secretly love but wouldn't use for your children, and the other about red hair.

I think it tends to be threads that get a lot of posts, are topical, slightly unusual, interesting and fairly respectable (so no dragonbutter etc). Things they think might get a newbie hooked on mumsnet !!

I was when my thread was picked, choose something that's currently in the news, this helps.

I've had one, but it took me much longer than a year.

Mine was an X-Factor thread with photos.

This isn't FAIR! I would flounce but no one would notice I'd gone!
