Does anyone know if you can take the Dazzle covers off and wash them?

Also has anyone had a Combi Dash DX, Bebecar Rversus or Inglesina Ottuto?

Sawyer64 · 22/03/2009 15:08

Hello ladies!

Can anyone recommend the Courier they are using at the moment please?

Hopi · 22/03/2009 16:41

Afternoon ladies

I've had quite a relaxing day (I skived off work as I normally work Saturday and Sunday ) Spent the whole morning listing all my buggy bits on ebay. It has just paid off as I have managed to sell the Toro for £220!!!! Wish I'd put it up for a bit more now though

If everything else sells then I will have more than enough for a nest, bag clips and a cup holder for the Bee. I'm chuffed to bits - best decision I ever made!

Now, if anyone is after baby girls clothes then I'm just sorting out my picturetrail

SK We are having a boy this time around

FlyMeToDunoon · 22/03/2009 16:46

Just come back from a short walk in the sunshine.
Got an email from someone wanting me to re-list jane nest so fingers crossed. It was listed at 29.99.

DP cooking the dinner here-roast chicken mmmmm.

FlyMeToDunoon · 22/03/2009 16:47

nicolamumof3 · 22/03/2009 16:52

sawyer i use www.senditnow.com who is parcelforce £10.99 up to £150 compo on parcelforce 48hr or for lower value i use p4d.com which is dhl 48hr for £8.04.

Sawyer64 · 22/03/2009 17:27

Thankyou Flyme and Nicola.

I am fuming with PayPal,have sold my Maclaren XT and they want to "hold back the funds".They will release them when I get Positive Feedback or after 21 days,if no disputes!!! I can only imagine its because my feedback is 96% and has to be 100%+

Unlike some of you AddictsPushchair-lovers,I only have 1 Buggy,so I need to replace this pronto for my 2 year old.

I can't wait 21 Days,so have appealed to the buyer to consider leaving me positive feedback, without even seeing the Buggy.

How silly is this new policy eh? I can see why they've done it,but I'm no fraudster.

Disenchanted3 · 22/03/2009 17:29

sawyer, email me ...

[email protected]

FlyMeToDunoon · 22/03/2009 17:37

Sawyer I had this with Paypal too.
I sold a pushchair and had to wait for positive feedback. It was because I didn't have a lot of sales behind me. It was agonising waiting and it was for around £100 too. But eventually the feedback came through and a few hours later my funds were available.Good luck.

Disenchanted3 · 22/03/2009 17:38

i know a little trick, so email me sawyer

MrsMagooo · 22/03/2009 17:48

Just refund the buyer 1p Sawyer & it will release the funds for you.

Disenchanted3 · 22/03/2009 17:50

ah well there you go,

wasnt going to post it on a public forum incase the wrong kind of people see it, sell fake things on new ebay accounts and can release the protected money

but heyho.

MrsMagooo · 22/03/2009 17:52

It's been posted before on MN a fair few times Dis as well as on other sites too, most eBay users are aware of it.

MrsMagooo · 22/03/2009 17:53

Besides even if a fraudster emptys their Paypal account of all funds it no longer matters. As long as when you purchase it states at the side that it is PP protected PP will refund you ALL your money & just leave the sellers account in a negative balance.

Hopi · 22/03/2009 18:27

Who can recommend a changing bag that will work okay with a single handled pushchair please? I'd prefer one that has those little extra clips so the whole strap doesn't go over the bar IYSWIM

Disenchanted3 · 22/03/2009 18:30

im selling this hopi, has little clips at the side that clip around handle bars and a strap too so you can use it either way

nicolamumof3 · 22/03/2009 18:35

dis did you return apples quest?

Hopi · 22/03/2009 18:38

Thanks Dis but that one is very similar to my Baba Bing bag and I wanted one that was a bit different. Thanks anyway

carrielou2007 · 22/03/2009 18:55

Evening all. Sawyer I have exactly this with an item I have bought. I have paid for an item and the seller refuses to send it. Not fair on either I agree. From my point of view I have no money or goods. Rubbish isn't it??

Just back from my sisters who did us a yummy roast dinner.

Dis I found my pink roses poshbugs bag, I've washed it, the front is slightly faded from the sun but just as a temp measure if you wanted it 8 pounds posted? I also found loads of pram clips inside was it you who left them on the buggy you sold?? Otherwise email me and I will stick them in an envelope if you want them [email protected].

Hopi if you get a pair of poshbugs clips you can transform any bag with a hook for the strap. They are then brill for when the buggy is forward facing as not too heavy to slip down the frame like a single strap does.

Hopi · 22/03/2009 19:21

Oooh, thanks for the tip carrie - where would I get hold of some of those from?

carrielou2007 · 22/03/2009 19:48

She normally has them on ebay for about four or five pounds. If you have a bag (be careful though as I did this to a Bench bag and ruined it!!) that has like a metal ring on each side then the long strap, cut off the strap, the clips will clip on the ring bit and the other end is velcro to strap around the handlebar. Sorry I'm rubbish and can't do links!!

Sawyer64 · 22/03/2009 20:10

Thanks for the Tip MrsM and Disenchanted.
Only just seen this, will give it a try.

sal1309 · 22/03/2009 20:10

hi all hope you are all ok and had lovely days.

Im sat here getting drunk as dh has really annoyed me today lol

carrielou2007 · 22/03/2009 20:19

Sal!!! I'm having a glass of wine (ok I may have a second!!) just cos had lovely time with my family. Brother-in-law asked what did dd (i.e. her dad on her behalf for her) get for you I said nothing they must have rummaged around the house as 5 mins later a gift bag with a few bits in it was given. Talk about fight back the tears.
