SK the luna wheels are hard plastic? not sure what she means by that, i sold my cress one that i had for 3m and had been used almost daily, the wheels were fab.

i thought she'd already agreed refund? i'd just say to her, its not as described if she cannot mutually agree to refund you the full amount then you will have to open paypal dispute.

dunoon would be for luka he's 20m now, i think you are right i might be disappointed with volo, its just that £120 for a buggy taht might be used so rarely seems alot. i am so happy with nipper thought i might need maclaren for shops but can't see it atm.

My Luna has foamy type wheels (only know because I've just cleaned them ready for selling.)

It is true that Maclaren wheels are made from hard rubber and I have found that some pushchairs have softer wheels which do wear down quicker so she could be telling the truth?

However she still led you to believe this was a version 3 pushchair by copying and pasting the description making you think it wasn't as old as the one you got.

Need advice ladies, got some really bad news today and need money quickly so the Luna is going. Should I sell everything as a package or sell the puschair/apron/raincover as one and the liner, bag and parasol seperately?

Nicola - the last e-mail she sent was asking me to keep ahold of the pram as she was contacting ebay nothing since then, I think I might e-mail her again tomorrow if I don't hear from her, I said either I will courier it back to her or she can refund me the £30 she offered, whatever is easiest for her.

SK - are the wheels more worn than the picture on the listing?

BTW I think the only thing you can do her for as not being as described is the zip being broken on the apron. The listing doesn't say that it has a bumper bar or that it is a version 3 luna, so she hasn't really intentionally misled anyone with that and she has also included a picture of the wheels and said that there were scratches to the frame.

Sk i do tend to agree with nappy im afraid the listing doesn't mention anywhere about it being a version 3 or having a bumper bar. the pics of the wheels look about right if its a version 2 its got to be over 18m old i would have thought? i would personally take the £30 and be happy with that as that is then a good price you've paid.

Pebbles, i'd try and sell all together as a package first, but i don't think they fetch great money i sold an immaculate 2m old luna last year for £85, and just sold my two week old luna mix with two hoods for £130!

It's bigger than a bagabottle will fish it out later to measure it. Was going to stick it on ebay so you can see a pic of it??

Not sure if I would say you would have a case for not as described SK, saying she has had it for 6 months is not in my opinion trying to mislead the age of the buggy?? I would take the partial refund and then you've got a bargain buggy!!

Thanks for your honestly, I do think the description is a bit grey, she did cut and paste the Version 3 spec and it does mention bumper bar, the rear wheels are really worn the picture is one of the front ones, I couldn't get the zip to work and she said the scratches are not noticeable whereas I think theres a lot, theres also an inch long black mark on the hood. So all these things make me a little bit

If I did keep it do you think I can get spare rear wheels from M&P along with a bumper bar?

Pebbles hope things are ok. No idea on Lunas sorry.And Sweetkitty Hopefully your seller will get back to you and you can come to a mutual arrangement. If you get a refund I would be tempted to relist it-accurately of course and even if you only make a few quid you could put it toward a nicer pushchair that you might feel happier about. Not sure its good practice.

I have to do more of the everlasting recycling today-where does it all come from? And sort out a mountain of clean washing. And wipe out my oven which has been soaking in that Oven Stuff overnight.

SK I would get her to refund you then sell it on (prob get more if you put it in your local paper/notice at toddler group). I would fuming about 1 inch black mark and as she did copy and paste the wrong info you could possibly SNAD it? I know I would just not be happy to use it so would sell it and get what you do want!

I went to huge Mothercare in Taunton this morning and my lovely bright pink triumph was sat next to the mod in apples and it was love at first sight. For a buggy (get a grip girl). I love love love the pink colour of the triumph but apples it is. Not keen on the pink and brown one, looks like would get filthy very quickly. I did not buy it there and then, going to look back for the discount code and order one like Dis and Hopi!!

Pink triumph will be going on ebay later if anyone wants a pic (please buy it!!)

I'm still waiting to hear about my Bee I know I'm being impatient as they said to give them a couple of days to sort out the packaging etc. I'm just really, really nervous that I have no details for them!!!! I have managed to find their proper email address though and have found them on facebook so it is a start. And they have 100% positive feedback on ebay, so there is no reason why they would be dishonest is there?????? Anyway have emailed them this morning to ask how they were getting on with the packing and if they had booked a courier yet. It has been 48 hours since I paid them.....arrrrrgggghhhhhh! Why, oh why did I not insist on some details before I paid them???????

I never understand people who sell stuff then go quiet. I know a lot of people don't go online everyday but if you have received any amount of money from someone (especially a large amount like for the bee) to go quiet is v annoying.

I bought a radley bag on sunday and have heard nothing. I emailed last night as the pp payment has been taken from my account but is saying unclaimed. Morning all, Sweetkitty's P&T has just arrived, its great so far. Just one thing I cant work out how to unfold it to get the wheels on I have a bad case of baby brain and cant understand the instructions.

I don't wan to have to wait for DH to get home as I wanna get out and about in it now.

Can someone talk me through it please.
