Does anyone know if you can take the Dazzle covers off and wash them?

Also has anyone had a Combi Dash DX, Bebecar Rversus or Inglesina Ottuto?

Evening all, everyone seems to be poorly - sending out healing thoughts...

Dis love to your grandad.

I have a can of stella open (work v v stressful) I never drink anything in the week as it makes me feel like a lush sat at home on my own with a drink in my hand but hey, once won't hurt me

Going to huge Mothercare on way to work tomorrow in Taunton to look at the quest apples (how much Hopi )

Can't I tempt anyone with this flamin pink triumph??!!!

Disenchanted3 · 18/03/2009 19:34

im so tired, im having bath & bed when DH comes down.

Really trying to get excited about bee coming tomorrow.

Argghhh, I packed up P&T today and cant find tghe right connector for 2nd seat

the ladies baby isnt born yet, so will order new ones

I ve sent her my parcelpack for free tho and new baby bits as a sorry, im such a state lately.

carrielou2007 · 18/03/2009 19:44

if she's ok with it then it's ok, stop, breathe and just slow down and rest. Tomorrow's another day and you have a tiny baby and a family to look after and unless you are wonder woman in disguise you are human and need to rest.

carrielou2007 · 18/03/2009 19:45

(sorry, didn't mean to be bossy)

Disenchanted3 · 18/03/2009 20:02

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/03/2009 20:35

Don't hold your breath Nicola.

nicolamumof3 · 18/03/2009 20:48

oooh do you love it dunoon??! should i get one just to stash under stairs 'just in case'??

nicolamumof3 · 18/03/2009 20:50

she's gorgeous dis by the way!

Hopi · 18/03/2009 21:01

Grrrrrrr. So annoyed! Sold an old Bruin Isis on Ebay last week BIN collection only £20. A lady has just turned up to 'have a look at it' I gave her a quick demo and she said that she changed her mind and didn't want it any more as it didn't have a raincover. I didn't list it with a raincover!!!!

What is all that about then? Since when did purchasing an item on ebay become not-legally binding??? Oh, and also - since when was it acceptable to say you are coming at 6pm to collect something and then turn up at 9pm???? I'm in my PJ's and I rushed home from a friends house at 6pm dragging Charlotte wailing behind me so that I could be home for this lady at 6pm?????

I am so fecked off.

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/03/2009 21:04

I have lost track of what you have now Nicola apart from the Nipper. Volo is great for what it is-lightweight, nippy and usual Maclaren sturdiness. I love the colourway.
However it is just under the stairs here most of the time and is there for specific uses. Unless you definitly need a lighter pushchair than the Quest you were thinking about I would go with that.
Pros: lighter
Shorter
Cheaper

Cons: basic, no storage pockets etc
No recline
Small wheels.

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/03/2009 21:06

Sound like she didn't like the look of it and used the raincover as an excuse.
Agree very annoying.Hopi

Hopi · 18/03/2009 21:17

It is the third person that has messed me around with it too! The other two didn't even bother turning up I'm seriously tempted to send it to the charity shop now

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/03/2009 21:22
Sad
nicolamumof3 · 18/03/2009 21:25

theres a really old mac in my charity shop im thinking of getting tomorrow.

oooh you are making me want dis' quest. but i don't need it the nipper does all i want just would want a light umbrella fold if i went up to london or something?

nicolamumof3 · 18/03/2009 21:25

oh and yes nipper is my one and only 'love'

4andnotout · 18/03/2009 21:31

Can you lovely ladies advise please, i paid for an order from chunklemunkle on the 3rd but had the pp reciept but no confirmation or anything from her and i ont know how long to leave it before contacting her? I presume there may be a wait on fabrics and other orders so don't want to look rude iykwim!

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/03/2009 21:33

Not sure 4andnotout but i paid for my poshbugs ages ago, no receipt and no news. I am just trusting her because she has a good reputation here.

Email and ask.

nicolamumof3 · 18/03/2009 21:34

drop her an email if you are at all concerned. v.lovley lady she won't mind, could just be that she's busy or waiting on fabrics as you say x

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/03/2009 21:36

Nicola, volo for Luka or Tate? No recline so not so good for little ones, and also very little support. DD3 is comfy in it but then she is 2.6 now.

misdee · 18/03/2009 21:36

will direct chunkle munkle here 4 you

FlyMeToDunoon · 18/03/2009 21:37

Sounds like you might need a Triumph!!!!!

nappyaddict · 18/03/2009 21:37

Silvercross sale fell through

OP posts:
sweetkitty · 18/03/2009 21:39

Nicola - I have a question for you, in this Luna dispute I am having I said to her that I thought there was excessive wear to the wheels and that my 4 1/2 yo XT has less wear to the wheels and it have been abused. She came back and said that Lunas have soft wheels and are supposed to wear like that especially the rear wheels, she also said that Maclaren wheels are harder and wouldn't wear, I was like what do you think?

Disenchanted - how are you feeling this evening any better? Your DD is beautiful BTW you have 3 DDs or am I getting confused?

Hopi - that's pretty rubbish and not on coming to someone's hosue 3 hours late [angry} for you

Trinityrhino - aww I so want a pink Luna well another one lol

Dunoon - hope you feel better soon x

Disenchanted3 · 18/03/2009 21:40
