Techno DS still has a bit of room in the Carrycot but not so fussed about that - I love the fact he can be really high up near me

Still no luck with 4 Seasons then Not had any offers?

Maclaren · 29/01/2009 10:43

I would phone anyway I am sure they can take it out of stock if you explain

Disenchanted3 · 29/01/2009 10:48

not at all,

it just clips on,

same as double seat, you push the adaptor into the bumper bar holes. like the double seat,

then the carseat just clips on,

takes about a minute to do it all

ill take some photos next time i do it and post them for you to see

dollydimple9 · 29/01/2009 10:51

Aw Thanks, i think i will get one of them then because she likes her carseat and likes to be able to look around so that will be better.

Disenchanted3 · 29/01/2009 11:02

MrsM just checking out the snunkie footmuffs longing for my one to arrive lol and thought that FMG059 and FMG072 would go really well with the skate

TheOtherMaryPoppinsDiets · 29/01/2009 12:04

MrsM it's here and proudly hanging on the buggy, looks fabby with the cowprint footmuff thanks!

Not going to look for another footmuff just now, but will probably get a cotton liner for the summer months.

MrsSeanBeanHasGivenUpIroning · 29/01/2009 12:11

Could one of you pushchair experts tell me what this pushchair is... will try to describe, here goes:

  • Red (although they may come in other colours, I have only ever seen red ones)
  • Has a lower level compartment to put baby in under the chair part
  • Three wheeler

I like the idea for next dc (when conceived that is), so have plenty of time to save up if they are £££s.

There May well be more than one brand on tha market, am a bit out of touch.

TIA.

4andnotout · 29/01/2009 12:12

Right, im not going to get snunkies as i cant justify the cost when the p&t was so cheap! So have seen these and as they are cheap and the dd's are both still tiny and dont need long footmuffs which of these is nicest?
this?
purple?
lilac

And a headhugger for dd4 who is 14 weeks.

4andnotout · 29/01/2009 12:13

mrrs that sounds like a phil & teds

pushchair · 29/01/2009 12:18

I think I like the purple one best.

MrsSeanBeanHasGivenUpIroning · 29/01/2009 12:20

4andnotout, yes I think that's it- thanks!

Are they any good?

4andnotout · 29/01/2009 12:26

mrss i have one coming today, so i hope so

MrsSeanBeanHasGivenUpIroning · 29/01/2009 12:29

They do look great! Hope you enjoy. I will keep an eye on the thread to see how you get on!

pushchair · 29/01/2009 12:33

MrsS you will find loads of advice and opinions on the Phil and Teds on MN. Most people seem to love them and they are very useful to carry a newborn and toddler, ecpecially if you have narrow doorways. They can convert back to single buggy when your toddler is walking more. They are light and very manoeuverable. There are a few versions now which I don't know much about-Sport, Vibe and they come in lots of colours, apple, blue, sand, blue camoflage and pink camoflage.
Personally mine did not float my boat but you will find plenty of fans here too.
They are expensive to buy new but can be got on ebay and have a good resale value.

MrsMagooo · 29/01/2009 12:53

Hiya all,

Had my driving lesson & when I got home my Skate was here!!!!!!!

So unpacked it all - built it all and........... I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never thought I would find a pram I loved s much as my Buzz my it's lush!

So sturdy & lovely to push, easy to use, wheels are fab, the fabrics are soooooooooooo lush! The hood is excellent, the basket looks pap but it's actually really good - the bottom part is sort of springy & then has sort of bungee cords on so it'll hold masses! Lucy has designed a drawsrting bag to go under so tat'll be fab!

Cupholder is fab too lol!

Only thing I don't like is the raincover but I don't like any M&P raincovers anyway lol so will probably buy a throw over one!

I'm going to get a Snunkie footmuff, bag & also a new liner so I can switch it around

Loads of photos

TOMP Glad you got the bag ok - will pop some FB on the FB forum for you
