Maclaren · 27/01/2009 17:59

OMP is yours a sport if so that was a bargain

nicolamumof3 · 27/01/2009 18:01

sounds fab maclaren.

im exhausted just wrestled zapp into travel bag, not exactly easy?? or is it me. not something i would want to do everytime i used it. but want it kept clean as you all know my ocd with my pushchairs lol! right i need a liner for it as thinking towards the sring already!

321maisie · 27/01/2009 18:01

Maclaren....Thankyou so much for that, that is really good to know!!! Looks like Ill be spending the best part of £400 then, I dont seem to have luck getting bargains!!! The things I seem to buy from ebay are always falling to bits!!! Does the fixed wheel make it difficult (Ive always had swivels!!!)..Many thanks again

Disenchanted3 · 27/01/2009 18:02

oooh I might have to do that,

the covers are just gorgeous,

DH will kill me! lol

TheOtherMaryPoppinsDiets · 27/01/2009 18:02

oh no E3 sorry

Disenchanted3 · 27/01/2009 18:05

I think I might list it

I should have enough if I can sell a few other bits!

carrielou2007 · 27/01/2009 18:06

Sorry pushchair went to check on the builders and took ages...

Triumph easier to push than quest, xt easier than the quest but heavier to fold up/lift obs (only tried it around my house at the mo!) but volo super super easy as is sooooooooo light. It's like small (volo) medium (triumph) and large (xt) in my house (oh and the two quests!!)

Maclaren · 27/01/2009 18:07

321maisie The front wheel although its fixed it has bearings in it which makes it easier to use also because the pushchair is so light you dont notice as much when you lift the front wheel! I have only ever has swivel wheels and so was not sure about it but I tested one in Kiddicare at the weekend with my 4.5 year old in it and it was easy to push with that lump in lol!

nicolamumof3 · 27/01/2009 18:11

this one might be a keeper then maclaren?

wonder how much for a snunkie liner for my zapp

SparklyGothKat · 27/01/2009 18:21

diva what MB covers you got?

MrsMagooo · 27/01/2009 18:25

Nicola Lucy (Snunkie) does amazing hoods for the Zapp, you don't even have to send your hood in as she has the Zapp hoods that she sews the fabric onto!!

I have some piccies somewhere.....

Who was it on here who had a pupabag? They do a silver furry tipped one so it's either that or the pale pink furry one to go on the xt.

Buggysnuggle just not long enough for dd (though the wolf one is loads longer??)

techno · 27/01/2009 19:54

evening everyone!! i know its a bit OT but just saw this on my friends fb status and had to share
Flowers 20quid, Meal and Theatre 60quid, Hotel room for the night 140quid, The look on his face when you tell h1m your on your period, PRICELESS!

pushchair · 27/01/2009 20:25

Evening. Am thinking now that I could just make myself a liner for MB. I made one for M&P a long time ago. It wasn't very good but useful to learn from. I have all the materials too so there is a project to keep my mind off purchases. Have put fuschia nest on MB and it looks great.
Am also seriously thinking to sell Jane and be content with 2 pushchairs!

lillypie · 27/01/2009 20:37

Evening everyone

carrie I am now tempted by your black buggysnuggle!!

I've had an exciting day, two wees in the potty and a long walk to the park to celebrate.

After a lovely hour in the park, things suddenly deteriorated rapidly when I said it was time to go!!

After wrestling a kicking screaming toddler into the buggy I set off across the park towards home when she suddenly started shouting HELP!! at random people walking they dogs

I then had to explain to a suspicious elderly couple that I wasn't kidnapping her an she just didn't want to go home

She is now sleeping like an angel!!

lillypie · 27/01/2009 20:39

I mean their dogs

MrsMagooo · 27/01/2009 20:44

PMSL Lilly that is so funny 'Haylo' - love it

Techno that FB status is funny!!

Anyone want to buy my Buzz????
