haven't read the link but if its to do with the catalogue they had a year or so ago their catalogues since have been absolutely fine.

LazyLinePainterJane · 23/04/2008 08:35

I just don't like the style. I don't like the slogans or the images they use, they seem cliched and the clothes look cheap considering the prices.

nappyaddict · 23/04/2008 12:17

have you looked at their recent stuff? there's not many slogans now and they ones they have are nice ones like slugs, snails and puppy dog tails.

LazyLinePainterJane · 23/04/2008 13:04

I hate all slogan shirts

nappyaddict · 23/04/2008 13:15

oh right fair enough.

they also do one say my mum's a yummy mummy - i take it you really wouldn't like that then!!

LazyLinePainterJane · 23/04/2008 14:02

LOL

Maybe it wouldn't be too bad if it were anywhere near true

ButterflyMcQueen · 24/04/2008 14:55

i did see some nice stuff in there actually

dont do slogans here either though

do no added sugar have a shop does anyone know, or is it just online?

KristinaM · 26/04/2008 17:57

no added sugar has a finding against them by the Advertising Standards Authority last year. It was about the campaign that Buttterfly mentions

ASA

nappyaddict · 26/04/2008 18:01

all their stuff since then has been fine though hasn't it?

ButterflyMcQueen · 27/04/2008 00:40

thanks for that Kristina

puts me off them even more actually reading it

was given a couple of pumpkin patch outfits for ds when he was about 1, they lasted and washed really well and were very cute.
couldn't afford them myself but i really like them!

ladywombling · 27/04/2008 08:22

I'd def second pumpkin path - lovely stuff, washes and wears well.

sizing a bit on the large size but fab!

Booboobedoo · 31/07/2008 22:31

This site is good in the sale: if you like your boy clothes a wee bit edgy.

accessorizequeen · 02/08/2008 21:28

I have just bought some gorgeous jeans from Duffer by St George at Debenhams for ds1 (he's 4.7). No rips, tears or stonewash nor belt with dog tags hanging off it. And I had a look at fatface the other weeks as one's opened up near me, v.pricey but a few nice things.

nicolamumof3 · 02/08/2008 22:25

as a mum of three boys this thread is great! I too like duffer.

NotanOtter · 18/04/2010 20:54
