Haven't read all the posts so sorry if it has already been mentioned...but John Lewis has some nice stuff this summer.

swampster · 21/04/2008 09:39

Monsoon - but only when they're on sale!

LazyLinePainterJane · 21/04/2008 10:00

Malene, I am always pleased to find kids clothes shops that are free from slogan-y shirts, but you seem to have not a lot but stripey tops....? More variety would be good.

Malene · 21/04/2008 15:38

Hi lazylinepainterjane - thanks for feedback - really grateful. I am working on adding more stuff. Kind of thought I would find my feet first before I add to many things (and a money issue to be honest). What other things would you like to see on the site and what age group? Any one interested please enter mumsnet and you will get free delivery :-)
Thanks for feedback - it makes my day getting a little help. Sad really but it does!

accessorizequeen · 21/04/2008 19:31

Malene, I thought some bright trousers (you never see red for instance!) might go well with the stripey tops?

ButterflyMcQueen · 21/04/2008 21:40

i actually bought ds ( he was 4 ) some skinny leg red jeans in Zara

OP posts:
accessorizequeen · 21/04/2008 22:04

Do you'know I walked past Zara on Sat and thought about looking at the kidswear (never have). I must if they have red trousers! DS1 is 4, I think you can find bright pants for babies & toddlers but it's all combats and jeans for older boys which is a bit boring.

ButterflyMcQueen · 21/04/2008 22:38

zara is better for girls than boys but some fab stuff - if you like red jeans!

wohmum · 21/04/2008 22:38

I really like pumpkin patch boys stuff- usually stock up in the sales!

nappyaddict · 21/04/2008 23:59

haha butterfly isn't a fan of red trousers then

pinkyminky · 22/04/2008 00:55

Polarn o Pyret- concession in house of fraser (I'm in manchester) are fab.
pumpkin patch
boden
H&M
No Added SUgar is everywhere now- they've started selling it in John Lewis.

pinkyminky · 22/04/2008 01:14

Oh dear- I didn't know anything about the no added sugar thing. Having said that, it reminds me of some the awfful fashion pages in that Junior magazine. I do find many of the slogan things quite distasteful.

LazyLinePainterJane · 22/04/2008 07:59

Eurgh I really don't like No Added Sugar.....it's just so obvious....no?

nappyaddict · 22/04/2008 08:03

not too bad

nappyaddict · 22/04/2008 08:06

quite sweet

has a slogan but a nice one

lullabyloo · 22/04/2008 13:31

we dont do no added sugar NA

nappyaddict · 22/04/2008 14:48

oh right, why's that? they seem to have got rid of all the horrible slogans like lock up your daughters etc and not much has no added sugar actually on the clothes anymore.

ButterflyMcQueen · 22/04/2008 16:42

i actually complained to john lewis about them selling no added sugar!

said it was so 'un john lewis like'

OP posts:
nappyaddict · 22/04/2008 16:47
