Does anyone know if their partner masturbates or not? Do you mind if they do or don't?

It's never been a secret between me and my husband, but I have a close girl friend who was upset to find out it was something her husband still did and she really would prefer him not to. I did tell her that I expected her husband was not the only married guy that did!

I was in a coercive, controlling relationship for about 15 years, during which time my then wife demanded to know when I masturbated. In prior, and subsequent relationships it is my experience that masturbation is a private matter. I have no interest in whether my current partner rubs one out, and she feels likewise.

I could not handle sex everyday emotionally or physically, l would be exhausted. I masturbate once or twice a day though, the needs and the energy required are so different.

Obviously there are days we don’t have sex but generally it’s every day. I have a marina coil so no periods for the last 10 years. Everybody is different I suppose so what is normal to us other people might find strange
