I've a friend who's wife simply let herself go, to the point where he just didn't find her attractive anymore. He loves her, but not sexually. She'd gone from a size 12 to a size 20+ in 5 years of their marriage which for him, made it impossible to get aroused as the fuller figure wasn't his thing. He loves her and wants to stay married, but just could't get turned on. They've not had sex in 2 years now. She won't address her weight, he can't address what he finds attractive.
