stumbly - when i've had it done to me, i can't really say it has hurt. There's been lots of pressure and a little pain, but that's my thing. As a pp mentioned, it's not a quick shove it up at all. I'm just really glad I read this thread again today. I thought fisting was done with your hand in a fist like if you were boxing, and felt a bit sick at the thought. Pointy fingers makes a bit more sense and isn't actually a fist and actually maybe physically possible.
