I would imagine that like any sexual activity there are extreme versions and violent versions and downright bastards out there hurting women and I'd be in the line to condemn anything which involves damaging another person.

The words "enthusiastic" and "fisting" should never be put together. For those that have said they are intrigued its pretty straight forward. A lot of women instinctively tighten their pelvic floor muscles as they become aroused. Sometimes, you just want a more "fuller" feeling and providing a bigger filling ( a hand) to clench against can provide whole new, pretty intense, sensations.
