DD Didn't get all A*

My DD did her year 10 mocks and on one of the papers she got under an A. I read the paper (English Lit) and I am certain that is was an A, as she has such a good vocabularlrly but the school wont change it despite my calls

I feel this is unfair!!!!!!!!!!

Perhaps the op needs to get hold of the mark scheme and apply it. It may be that her dd hasn't quite answered the question, or dropped a couple of marks somewhere. Having just marked over 2000 GCSE exam answers I can verify (as an examiner) that this does happen.
