Supposed to be going on short holiday to England next weekend.

Have just watched NS talking about possibility of closing the (non existent) border between Scotland and Enland if the 'risk' goes up

Should I be concerned/cancelling ?

Exactly this.

It's just like Spain and its autonomous regions like Galicia, Cataluna, Pais Vasco. Each region has its own rules, own customs, own parliament. But you can drive north from Madrid to Bilbao without crossing any borders. It's still all Spain.

And all this "Scottish people hate Scotland" is pish. Not wanting independence or recognising the UK is not hating Scotland - how offensive.

We have relatives in England and will be visiting next week. Nicola might like to bluster away about shutting the border to keep the crazy crowd which congregate on the border happy. But it's not happening.
