DH does everything to do with the bins, even cleaning them, unless he is away for more that 2 days then I force myself to do it. It's the only job he has. I'm a SAHM so don't mind. I do mind when I have to remind him when the bin is overflowing though

Dh takes out the rubbish and the recycling bin, I put out out the garden waste bin as its on a different day and dh would forget it.He goes to a pub quiz on thursdays so puts the other bins out when he gets home.

Me. Dh never, ever remembers which day is bin day or recycling day plus he now works away.

Both of us, depending on who notices it needs doing.

We don't really have set jobs tbh. The only thing I hate doing is emptying the washing machine and hanging it up (our machine is in a little shed thing at the bottom of the garden, away from the house, makes it hard with DCs need to be watched) so I did barter for DH doing all the laundry stuff and I do all the house hold hoovering (he has a bad back, so fair trade).

That's about it really.

Things evened out a LOT when we both went back to work - it had to!
