if you could only give one piece of advice what would it be?

having spoken to so many women over the years and to me the most important piece of inromation i can give her is to respect herself and never to allow anyone to treat her in any other way.

what would yours be?

If it had to be just one - value yourself.

And don't do anything if your gut reaction is telling you not to - listen to that inner voice.

Always listen to your heart. Not necessarily follow it, but always listen to it.

Get a dog instead of a man.
And if you feel the need to have kids, there's now no shame in visiting a sperm bank

Being a woman doesn't let you off being an adult. Use your own brain for thinking!

Sex does not equal love

Don't give a fuck what anyone thinks or says about you. People will always have something to say.

As long as you like yourself, it doesn't mattr what other people think!!!!
