Ex wants to force children to spend less time together

In a toxic divorce. Ex is a narc.

Ex wants the girls only on a sat and sun......BUT he wants the two girls (aged 8 and 10) to spend less time together when they are with him. In other words, he takes 9 year old for a sat , and the 11 year old on a sun.

In the past, he removed the two girls from me and kept them separated on the eldest's birthday. The youngest was left alone and "watched " by some neighbour while he took the eldest to a birthday party he organised.

Why would anyone want to do that ? Has anyone encountered this before ?

Terrifying - you poor thing OP. Absolutely deny all access as far as you can- tell SS and police and make sure the girls know to stick together when they're with him - don't let them be separated with bribes/cash etc.

Document absolutely everything!!

I won against my narc ex. Psychological evaluation unravelled him fast than you can say „boo“. He lied on the field and got found out, failed the in-person test with kids with psychologist in room to observe. Note - everything- down!! Make this all about welfare for your kids and implore the court that they will be liable for your children’s mental health and wellbeing if they allow contact as there is no psychological report on him. Put the noose around their necks!!

Holy fuck op. Maybe you need to contact your mp with the extract of his statement on eeg and separating them and say I’m terrified the courts will award unsupervised contact. News?? People on Mumsnet will back you up if there’s anything we can do.
