Orgasms through intercourse alone - common or not?

How common is it for women to reach orgasm through penetrative sex alone?? Was discussing this with a couple of my girlfriends over some vino and the consensus seemed to be that it isn't that common.....

I think most women don't manage orgasm from intercourse without a helping hand or similar.

Some women certainly do, though. Bodies vary.

Top tip is if you're in the missionary, have him up high on you, as high as he can get, his head hitting the bedpost almost. Works for me anyway.
