What would you make of this?
Husband takes the dog on an uncharacteristically early walk without waking wife. Soon after, wife wakes and decides to run to the park thinking that she might meet them on their return. Wife meets husband and dog on their return stretch of the park. On turning around to join husband on the return journey, wife sees a couple in the far distance, exiting the area. The woman of the couple is a woman who the wife has previously suspected her husband of having an affair with. The man of the couple is this OW's husband. While walking away, OW looks around once directly at husband, dog, and wife, turns her head back, then immediately turns to look again and holds the stare for a few seconds. OW's husband is walking alongside her but does not look back.
Wife continues her conversation with husband, pretending not to have seen the other couple.

I’d wonder what the wife was doing with him if she was so suspicious. Clearly they weren’t shagging in the park her husband was there.

So you suspected your DH of having an affair with OW. You go to the park, to meet your husband, whose alone with dog and OW and her husband are exiting the park and she looks at you?

I'd think, if already asked husband and had no confirmation, could be an option to ask her DH as seems he's in on something. However, if it's a weird threesome situation, all likely to deny. Alternatively, could all be another explanation, but you need to ask to find out.

My first thought - like the post above - was that they are in some strange threesome. Having checked out the OW's husband on social media, I have discounted this. I am now wondering if it was a secret meet up that was scuppered by the coincidence of both other partners'. Is that more likely?

Giving OW a phone when hers packed up and syncing his iTunes music with it, unbeknownst to wife of course.

Is that really a sign of an affair though.. lending someone a phone and letting them use iTunes? Why don't you ask him?

What time was it? If it was 6 am yes its a bit fishy he was in the same area as a woman you suspected he had an affair with when next to nobody is out at that time. If it were more like 9 and a bit busier then I dont see the problem

I think your suspicions are correct sorry. Sounds like he took the dog out so he could meet her but have an excuse.

Oh shit! That hadn't occurred to me. The bit about OW husband catching them! I just assumed he'd left the same time as she had to go for a walk/jog.

Well he wouldn’t have gone there to meet her with her husband would he you must have trust issues to be posting things like this you need to talk to your husband about it.
