Hearing is at 3pm, my new barrister calling me at 2pm

Although I have no advice to offer you, Lollipop, I am thinking of you and hoping fervently that the judge sees clearly what you have had to endure from this beast of a man. I hope he gives him zero contact and throws the book at him.

Just spoken to the Barrister.

No order for Contact made.

Social services must write an interim safeguarding recommendation for Contact next week and recommend to the Court. I am not being made to attend. If they recommend no interim direct contact that’s good as This will carry weight with the judge. He’ll contest if no direct Contact is recommended, but I won’t agree to any contact and so it will go to a contested contact Hearing next year. I refuse to agree to anything with him now. No more bullying.

If social services can’t mobilise themselves for next week and come to see / write an interim report then it’s adjourned until after Christmas. There are no more slots in the schedule available especially not for half a day Hearing.

The main thing is for now I’ve managed to keep him away from them.
And no costs awarded against me. Fucker.

I want to go and drink a pint of gin and tonic. Do you think that’s allowed?

That's good news, I think? He can't see them, for at least some time? And if they all do the reports properly this time, maybe only at a contact centre?
I'd have a gin. Can you express some bm before, so you can feed little C after you have had a drink?

And hurrah that he can't see them until reports have been made! I think this classes as a Lollipop win :)
