I just went into my DP's desk drawers to find a pay slip and I found a jar of lubricant. I kid you not, it's called "lubrifist" with the tag line being "especially designed for wide dilations"!! It was used.

forago you raise a good point. I didn't properly try (no lube....or desire) but I did a quick check and you'd need long arms or possibly to be double jointed at the wrist (IMO, no expert).
