Wrote out a message then it didnt upload so starts again waves to all im melting at work I have a sucking out hot air but draws in fresh air thing in my office however cos its soo hot it was blowing hot in all day wails I cant switich it off as the switich is in another room and I dont have a code so called up the people to turn it off but them were busy so I melted had a headache drank 2 liters of water in 9 hours and have been weeing all night add to the fact starlet called up crying some of her mates had a massive falling out and dragged her into it she couldnt get the last train home as she would of got stuck halfway to here hopful she come home today as was panicing on the phone I wanted to get her but she dosnt want us to spend money this all happening at 22:00 so knacked as not much sleep sigh

I can assure you Cafe that my breathing is fine. Stars according to health and safety you should probably go home if it gets too hot. I wonder how often that happens?
