KinNora There's a possibility of Mr Sky but he is a two hour drive away. Not so easy to meet up for a drink but still possible. Have skyped with him and still find him attractive! I did likey the policeman but think I need to move on. Waiting for his reply and taking it from there. Begging my friend to come out tonight so I can meet some RL people.

I've given her a massive benefit of the doubt, given that no exclusive conversation has taken place and that she thought being honest was good. Still niggled that she's eyeing up the sweet trolley but I've thrown it back to her what my expectations are (no new dates on either side) should we look to arrange the next date.

Awaiting a response. Not completely sure it's worth the trouble.

juliette it's actually next weekend, she wasn't clear which sat. That actually makes it a little bit more annoying as its a weekend I am free. We struggle massively to find time to meet and she'd rather try a new date on the rare mutually free nights.

The update from me is that he's not replied. I suspect increasingly he's not going to, and that it's over and I won't ever hear from him again.

Feel disappointed he couldn't tell me why I wasn't good enough, or what I did wrong and instead is ignoring my texts. And very, very sad that I won't get to see him again, and that I've lost him and what was most likely my last chance of anything. All rather :( in the Velvet house tonight.

sorry velvet. I know it's looking shit at the moment but you do deserve - and you can get - someone far better. He may have had many good points, but the fact that he was so incapable of having a relationship like a grown up is a fairly huge problem. You deserve more.
