I'm sorry to hear that, as well, 48. I find it a lot easier to deal with difficult stuff on my own, I'm not sure that anyone would be able to offer the right support.

I'm a regular weed smoker mercury, I barely drink, so it all evens itself out in my book

I do get bored with it every now and again and have a break, but I always go back. It is my drug of choice.

From my limited experience ...it seems to be skunk that causes the most problems in adults re panic attacks that sort of thing. For adolescents I think the personality and brain are developing so smoking skunk is prob best avoided, but again I have not looked at any academic research. I agree, most tokers I know dont drink hardly any alcohol...

Merc just use it ad nauseum whenever you wish to be dismissive ...so yes a bit like 'time of the month'...exactly...

Probs is merc....I think that was what TR mostly smoked...but both he and ex H had panic attacks ...which seemed to diminish when not smoking. Never really suited me...
