Please help me! I am new to this site and need help. My husband told me on Sunday that he does not find me sexually attractive he says that my weight gain is part of the reason why we have a once a month sex life - I was going to the gym up till the summer and my routine changed after our summer holiday and starting a new job! Think I have probably put a stone on and am now a size 16! He has a stressful job which he also blames on his lack of interest! I can't eat sleep or think straight I am so hurt so broken hearted we have been married for 7 years! I can't face him talk to him I just want to die of the shame of it! I am an undesirable

OP i would show him this thread!! you are being far to soft on him, if my DH ever said anything like that to me i would seriously show him the door!! this is emotional abuse and its not on, its doesnt matter what bloody dress are! it doesnt matter how he said it, lets face how on earth does he think he could have been more tactful?

Dropped a dress size in 3 Days??!!! I really really hope im wrong but this sounds like it could be an eating disorder waiting to happen. And hes also made you feel like you have to diet over Christmas? I am trying to lose weight too but im not going to completely deprive myself. I shall have a few Roses sweets and a slice of cake and Chrimbo dinner. Im not going mad though and ive bought nowhere near as many goodies as i did last year.
OP i hope your Dh isnt going to make any more comments or roll his eyes at you every time you reach for a Quality Street over Christmas.
