My DH went to a nightclub this morning (a daytime dance party). It started at ten this morning. I'm here with the four of them clearing up after our news year's house party last night.

What time do you think he ought to come home?

Spidey - hope all is well.
I think TC makes sense, but, the lesson for next year? Make sure he has done all the clearing up from the night before before he sets out! AND left you a cooked dinner to warm up, and arranged a friend or babysitter to give you a break too!

I was up worrying about bird flu too!!

Why worrying about bird flu? Is it cos of the turkish boy cos that's now been de-bunked.

Well, I finally called him just after midnight and he was still in London on a delayed train out of Victori. I freaked and gave him an earful, then felt very guilty.

He has been lovely and really helpful all day, which makes it worse. But he did have a lovely time.

No reason for you to feel guilty - I would have gone off on one if he hadn't contacted me to say what was going on.

Glad he's being extra sweet today.
