I want to end something which is not quite a relationship yet, but which has gotten physical. The woman is a nice person and I feel bad about it.
We have only been out 5 or 6 times but I don't feel about her how I think she may feel about me.
I don't think I want to do this by text, or by disappearing.

Seems to me that you are looking for attention, and perhaps some feedback which will allow you to justify your behaviour.

IMO all that is required here is a bit of honesty. Tell the woman exactly what you have been up to. I'm quite sure that she will run for the hills. Even if initially upset, it won't be long before she realises that she has had a lucky escape.
