Thanks all! These threads are getting to be even more fun than the actual programme. I certainly didn't anticipate Rotaboy flouncing off like that - I was sure he was going to stick around, staying just on the right side of boiling Topper, and driving Lizzie increasingly to distraction.

I do hope Carol/Eleanor Bron sticks around for a while - she sounds awesome and I agree that she would have absolutely no compunction about getting everybody's skeletons out of their closets for a good old rattle.
