In other news, did JD have a 'thing' with John Tregoran? I asked he of the encyclopaedic memory of stuff that happened in radio soaps 40 years ago aka Mr Basketz. AND he doesn't know . He reckons John T hasn't been heard in voice since the 60s. Apparently the same actor played him and some farm hand.

I listened again and now 'get' the refs to JD and John T having a cerebral relationship - I missed that bit about the local history work last night.
