Hi everyone - now I understood what you meant Dunoon! I hadn't looked at the amount of messages!!

Basl - I can count on one hand how many dresses I have owned/worn in my lifetime, so doubtful Though I do still have one!! Maybe I should make it my aim to get in it? I must look for a picture of myself in it as it was bought for my friends wedding.

Anyway, you were going jogging!! Much more impressive than me - I dod it in my front room - which, if you could have seen me was fair enogh - my tummy was boinging up and down and my knickers falling down - attractive and then i needed a wee

ill wait to see what others think?

Hope Tate picks up soon.

I hate shouting at my boys. Such a bad parent at times. Doesn't help that Harry just slammed a Thomas train off my head and giggled.

I think I'll still get a lightweight one for the car tbh. Quite like the idea of having a car pram again .

Thinking maybe this or a cheap Zapp off Ebay

nicolamumof3 · 29/03/2010 16:44

yeah get another Zapp. You are NOT a bad parent 5in i know how challenging 3boys are they need a good shout i am constantly shouting at mine!!

basl · 29/03/2010 16:56

maxybrown · 29/03/2010 17:13

maxy, my mum went to norfolk last year and loved it, as did one of my colleaues.

Diva, no catalogue yet. I'm up for meeting in April, would a week day be okay as got something on every weekend. Shopping and lunch, shopping and coffee or shopping and anything really

Think I will do an nct sale next instead of car boot. They do the toy sales as well as baby stuff.

GeekOfTheWeek · 29/03/2010 19:01

Can anyone help with this ebay buyer problem please?

Sold a pushchair on ebay last week. Buyer payed via paypal and was due to collect this week. Just has a message saying that they have just had a 10 week scan and the baby has died and can I reimburse the money?

Not sure what to do now. (Not sold much on ebay before) Of course I am sad for them but surely people don't buy a pram before the first scan.

I'm going to have to send the money back but how do I do that? Plus I have transferred it to my bank and paid the paypal charges?

Can anyone advise please?

maxybrown · 29/03/2010 19:10

seems a bit geek. Tell them you need to cancel transaction with ebay to get your ebay fees back (they will get an email asking them to confirm this) and if you refund them then have a look here

OP posts:
5inthebed · 29/03/2010 19:12

Not sure Geek. Maybe try posting it in the Ebay section.

Who gets a pram before their first scan . Must be heartbreaking (if true)

GeekOfTheWeek · 29/03/2010 19:20

I was when I got the message but obviously have to reimburse in case its true.

Thanks for the help girls.

Am miffed cos its a pain to relist etc. I know that makes me sound selfish but really, who buys a pram at 8/9 weeks gestation.

How do I work out what fees I have incurred?

maxybrown · 29/03/2010 20:09

If you go through the ebay mutual agreement to cancel a transaction, ebay autimatically credit it you with the fees. I wasn't aware you got a scan at 10 weeks

I agree, rather many people had that kind of story recently. If its true then, its sad. people seem to bid, then try to pull off. Seems really organised to get pram off ebay at 7-8 weeks of pregnancy.
I would contact ebay and get all the money back, plus listing fees.
Im sure Maxy will be up for meet up and shopping It got to be week day for me,too.

nicolamumof3 · 29/03/2010 20:24

We have right hyper evenings before bedtime with DS. He started running off and hidng under bed etc... Then he will cry and fight not to go his room. Cant imagine bedtime without sleeping bag at the moment. Once he is in it, he calms down and a few mins he snors away

janx · 29/03/2010 21:35

Evening - hope James is feeling better maxy.
Basl - sleep is better - dd in our room though - we just can't put them together successfully at the moment. The clocks going forward is actually working in our favour - ds up a 7am today!
Diva - your ds sounds just like mine - he has his tea and then he gets so excited and runs around like a mad thing - he really hates going to bed - he would stay up all night where as dd would take herself off as she knows when shes tired. Ds wanted his guitar in bed with him tonight and got all cross when I said no

nicolamumof3 · 29/03/2010 21:43

my ds' do get tired and often ask to go to bed they've been sleeping so well since they started sleeping together..its quite obvious really a natural human instinct to be with someone?
