I need to go to the post office tomorrow and pick up the aran footmuff. Was out Friday when postman called, so need to go to depot. Hate going there as its on the grounds of a psychiatric hospital!

We spent all day making Toms new car bed. I think he's asleep now.

Evening, Just got back from AE my little boy has fallen while holding my hand and pulled his elbow. We have been there almost 5 hours. They had to x ray it Ooouuuch and then tried to pop it back into place. He screamed his little head off. Oh it is so hard to watch your ds in so much pain. He is fast a sleep now but i am just waiting for him to wake as they gave up trying to pop it back in as he was finding it so hard. I have to go back tomorrow and a senior doctor will try. OMG i can't bear it but nothing i can do. He is only 12months and the x ray ladies were so crabby and twisted his arm without showing any empathy at all. I know it must be the worst job but my wee boy was just beside himself. The only day out without a bloody pram and this happens. He loves walking but seems to have a sore foot or something as he keeps lifting it up and holding. His legs just gave way in sainsbury's and his arm twisted as he fell. I feel so bad. Hope he will be fine during the night.

Poor you basl. The exact same thing happened to Tom in January, nothing was broken but he had to have his arm in a sling for 2 weeks. Not nice.

Poor little thing! What crap A&E staff as well. My DS1 broke his collarbone when he was 3, and that was awful. I hate seeing my kids in pain.

Well, DH gone away today for a week, so that's us alone but on a plus note, my new pushchair should be coming today!

I'm sitting down and having a cup of tea and a slice of tost before hitting the chaos of my house.
DP and I seemed to take it in turns to get mad with the dcs over the weekend about the amount of mess they create.
No sooner is one room tidied than they are off tipping boxes of toys out in another. Then it's the duvets all downstairs to make a den.
Sigh.
Plus as you say it's grey and heavy out there.
