Flyme, i think it is a great idea you starting up. I do know normasknockers swears by the foam liners. I bought a padded one from her from snunkie as she felt she much pref the foam liners. I always admire people who can use there hands for crafty things. This time next year you will have a notice telling everyone about the delays as you are sooo busy. Good luck with this. Maxy those pics are lovley how old is your ds? He looks lovely in that footmuff. What a cutie pie.

basl · 23/10/2009 20:07

5in have you been out for a spin today?

5inthetomb · 23/10/2009 20:13

Not yet, no. Not on DH's insurance until tomorrow and even then, want to go out without kids in the back. Luckily DH is off all next week so will be able to get lots of practice in before I need to do the school run by myself. Will have to buy a gag for DH first though

FlyMeToDunoon · 23/10/2009 20:15

Thank you Basl [think I have been putting Basi for ages ]
Sooo I have just bought a cosyosko lime green liner. Just for research purposes you understand
Yes I can see dark denim and different fleeces. Mmmmmmm. With matching shoulder strap pads.

maxybrown · 23/10/2009 20:36

badly listed frog finishing in 5 mins!

JugularPiggy · 23/10/2009 22:37

evening everyone

that is a lovely picture maxy, do i want a BS or one of those lodger thingies?!

Dunoon fab news that you are going to get started with the liners - denim and fleece sounds lovely and the black and white one you did looked great.

How thick would the foam make them as I wonder if DS will get too big to have anything too padded? Think you need to get your hands on a bee as Im sure bee liners would be very popular

BexieID · 23/10/2009 22:41

Who was after a wooden castle? Asda have some half price at £35.

horsemadgal · 23/10/2009 22:57

I saw that castle today when I was in, looks fab. But when did they ever sell it for £70??

BexieID · 24/10/2009 06:05

Hehe, probably just a ploy to think you're getting a bargain! I had to go in after work last night, seeing as Tesco didn't have any goats milk for DP. Grr.

SpookyScattyKatty · 24/10/2009 08:14

I'm after a wooden castle!

And so many other things not enough time left before Xmas

Watching Chugginton with the DS.... oh the joys

Going later to pick up a pumpkin, Hallowe'en begins!

nicolamumof3 · 24/10/2009 08:19

we got chuggington on too here!!

its v.dark and wet here today. DH taking boys to football and im making roast for lunch (as DH working tomorrow) yum!

SpookyScattyKatty · 24/10/2009 08:28

Roast is my favourite....yum!

Dark and cold here too, no playing in the garden today!

My friend has got DS this for Xmas, isn't it a bargain, save £40 I do wonder if it ever was £60 as I've never seen it for that but DS will adore it anyway

nicolamumof3 · 24/10/2009 08:30

thats lovely i do agree it wouldn't have been £60 but the wooden trains are normally at least £15 so its a good price. Wow even your friends are generous SK!!

SpookyScattyKatty · 24/10/2009 08:37

TBH I didn't mean it to be that way last year I got their DD a present worth about £10 but they got DS something worth £25.... the hideous guilt I felt! So this year I've got their DD something worht about £20 and they've got DS that train set.

SpookyScattyKatty · 24/10/2009 08:39

Oh and their DD is the only child we buy for as she and DS are special friends so not too bad really Thank God! Please don't make more friends DS, I cannot afford it

sal1309 · 24/10/2009 09:05
