Hi everyone!

We're making plans to research, test and review a new round of double buggies for 2020, so we'd love to hear which ones you'd recommend.

If you've used (and loved!) a particular product then please do tell us about it. This will help us to create a shortlist of double buggies to put to the test over the next few months so that we can recommend the best of the best to other parents.

Thank you!

Mountain buggy duet

Loved it!

Egg tandem. I have a toddler and a newborn and it's ideal. Slimline, easy to use, not too heavy (can get it up the steps to my house with both children) and can easily fit it onto a bus with other pushchairs as well

@Lipperfromchipper thanks!

@Allthenumbers - the carrycot plus on the mountain buggy duet becomes a parent facing seat afterwards. That might help you if you got one for 1 year old? As you wouldn't be using the carrycot part first, you could sell on afterwards in a year or so for most of your money back.

Thanks @Caspianberg I didn’t know about that! Have you experience of using it?

Caspianberg · 03/03/2020 08:49

@Allthenumbers - I haven't used yet but have recently taken delivery of the single mountain buggy version which has the same combo. We have in regular carrycot mode atm. But I think lots of people go straight from carrycot to regular seat as it folds easier, so you might find a bargain on facebook/ secondhand
