Inspired by discussion on 'is it crazy to buy a new pushchair for my 3yr old', this is a place for buggy obsessives big and small (the buggies, that is) to chat.

So, what r the signs for u that u r obsessed? What would the perfect buggy be?

I had a Gecko and really loved it but the two piece fold was a pain...I have to fold mine when we're indoors because there isn't enough room to keep it open. Also, I used to find it quite heavy...can't remember which way round I used to find heaviest...in my mind, it was when it was forward facing but my head is saying that can't be right!! It's a few years since I sold it Grin

What was the problem with the Mosey? I have talked myself out of getting one until I can get a good priced secondhand one. There are a few things that I'm not keen on and not being able to see one in the flesh is stopping me from parting with my cash!!

Hiccup there wasn't anything wrong with the mosey, I just noticed that the front wheels touched the back chassis when folded and the seat unit adjustment was a bit sticky. Asked Easywalker if it was meant to be like this and they have ended up sending me a new Mosey! :) so now I have two of them!!
Ended up buying a really cheap cameleon but after trying it out I don't like it :( at least I've got it out my system although my garage now looks like a pram shop as I've got 6 in there at the moment. Lukily OH doesn't go in there very often.

Does the new one not have those problems? Fancy selling the first one?! Grin

I totally get the pram shop feeling...my problem is I don't have a garage or any spare space at all so they distributed all over the place. I'm down to two at the moment but have one more still at my friend's house which will be coming home at the weekend.

Hiccup have built the new mosey and it does seem slightly better than the other one. Haven't thought about what to do with the first one - pm me if you want ;)

Bee3 has gone ?? still have lovely dot 2 for my walking, so all you ladies with a garage /house full of prams.... Has anyone ever used a pramette type one? Eg the mountain buggy cosmopolitan? The quality seems lovely, the weight limit in seat and the basket is nice and high (I don't care about large fold and love the idea of its standing fold....) but isn't the seat too small? The frame part that makes it a pramette lie flat bed bit for newborn is still there when you make into a seat, how do older babies/toddlers rest feet ? Seems like would be un comfy, anyone have one ?
