pink is very hard to get hold of, but the blue is becoming hard now

pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 17:08

i was lucky and found the last one in my local argos.

MonkeyJuice · 01/11/2011 17:21

Micralite superlite classic is delayed until end Nov. am either going to wait, or change my order to the new toro. I've not seen a toro irl and my only worry would be that Ds might be too big for it. can anyone advise on the new toro seat size?

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 17:28

It's way too far to pick up lol. I just wondered what it was! I can't see what the writing says.

aswellasyou · 01/11/2011 17:35

I've just noticed that next to 'Brand', it says 'Out and About'.

pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 18:46

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 20:22

pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 20:28

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 20:32

That's looks pretty :) I've found some money Confused :) :o was looking at Swifts (shoot me someone!) online when Hubby has just said he's surprised a Donkey isn't on order...the thought hadn't crossed my mind..... But that sounds like an idea though! I will ponder!

FriggOmortisFRIGG · 01/11/2011 20:38

donkey,donkey,donkey!Grin

pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 20:42

i wish i could find some money Grin
i too think you need a donkey, i would have bought it by now, green light or not Smile

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 20:44

Is it worth it though???? They are selling well on EBay....
Maybe I need a drive to try DD in one......
Or maybe I just need a pushchair that takes a Freerider??

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 20:45

Ponder, ponder, ponder...

pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 20:51

everytime i look at the freerider i just think, its a bit wobbley for dc to stand on [side to side wobble] and where the hell are you going to stand, you will have to push the pushchair standing to the side of the pushchair, i did this with the bugaboo and it hurt my back after a while, i just think it will get in your way big time and you will have to faff about removing the handle if ds wants to lay back. this is why i think there has been so many hardly used ones on ebay.

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 21:05

I need to have a good look. DD is a scooter whizz. I push right (one) handed anyway but with my hand in the middle so end up standing to the side.

Bit useless now but this looks identical to the Chicco one that can be used on the Bee Plus though obviously the width could be different.

OP posts:
pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 21:09

i push with both hands and stand in the middle, i still think it looks wobbley and think to could prove a problem going up and down kerbs, with buggy boards the dc is meant to get off for every kerb, yeah right can you imagine it, all mine have stayed on the board coming off and going up kerbs, it may botom out!!!

pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 21:12

i would love a bumper bar for the orbit, i wonder if that would fit, i surpose i could return it if it did not fit, the mountain buggy one kind of fitted but the part that went round the frame was too big.

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 21:34

For those with older DC...which pushchairs would fit your older children (should you try them?) ie long footrests, long seat backs? And don't say the Vista ;)

Tiggywunkle · 01/11/2011 21:35

Sorry that sounds wrong - I meant if you were to you try them in the seat rather than should you?!

suzie38 · 01/11/2011 21:40

My Flyer seems roomy.

OP posts:
suzie38 · 01/11/2011 21:41

Orbit had a large seat as well.

OP posts:
pramsgalore · 01/11/2011 21:42

my ds fits in the orbit with room to grow, the hood goes over his head with room spare,
my nearly 7 year old dd fits in the back of the joovy caboose with head room, ds fits in the micralite with head room under hood and its super easy to push and the mothercare urban has a huge seat and is also super easy to push, why!!
