Carrie i don't have the swift there is a muck up with my paypal and funds are being held in error. Still ongoing and i don't have spare cash to buy it any other way.

The footmuff is lovely but teency. It is no good for Daniel so not good at all.

Nicola seen a swift and she said the wheels looked very small and it's fairly compact. Made me wibble a bit but Maxy has talked me into it again.

I can't join as can't commit to paying for something each week. I have some info I got from Basl though - enough for me to do it anyway. Plus I would be really annoyed at paying each week as I hate going to things like that - like to rush in and then rush out again! I did weight watchers myself a few years back - after i joined for two weeks Used to weigh myself each week in Boots and exercise each night after work. I still have all my little weight slips sadddooooooo

I still have my weight slips too I got ever week fron Boots I could keep the weight off but want to lose a wee bit more so the pressure of the weigh in works for me. My middle does still resemble a car crash thogh I am seeing doc about it this week (tummy muscles never joined back so everything pokes out the 'gap' yuk!!)

you see those weigh in things make no difference for me - I know I have to do it for myself so having someone else weighing me or me weighing me makes no difference - I have to have the want if that makes sense?!

I need to get a skipping rope - but not a ppretty sight then again, people shouldn't be looking
