Market town in West Herts.

Not many 3-bed terraces of that size around (lots of 4-bed for some reason) but this is a comparable size, if not as nice!

I live in a popular Yorkshire market town and I'd say £325-350k here depending on the condition and which road it was on.

(b) am 1/2 mile from poncy East Dulwich, so prices more reasonable.

Victorian 3 bed in my bit of Bristol is about £170k. Not huge, and no big gardens round here though.
