Sazzerbear, I'm not dissing his good looks, he is yammy and has sexy voice but I feel sorry for the people who pay over the odds. Some of them look really pained.

I know, it's unreal where they get the money
from and questionable whether its value for money. If I ever went on, my budget would make him wet himself laughing!

I live in Hertford & the family live a 5 minute walk away from me. Although I don't know them I have heard from friends that they are a lovely family. I am interested to know what they paid for their house 5 years ago & am going to walk past it tomorrow to get the hosue number & then I can check on houseprices. £177,000 is a hell of a lot of money but I do know house prices around here are ridiculous - our budget is £500,000 & we STILL haven't found a house yet
