Oooh, I'm not big on Arts & Crafts type houses, find me a Georgian rectory and I'll drool away.

It is beautiful, just not my cup of tea.

noddyholder · 22/03/2009 18:19

That is beautiful

twinsetandpearls · 22/03/2009 18:19

we went to check out a village today as there is a house we are interested in and dd was gutted that we did not have the spare change needed for this one

georgimama · 22/03/2009 18:21

Yup, that's more like it.

FigmentOfYourImagination · 22/03/2009 18:29

Neither do anything for me

MaryMotherOfCheeses · 22/03/2009 18:29

Hmm. Don't particularly love either of them.

The Arts & Crafts one is lovely, but dark inside. Not enough pictures. Wonder what the kitchen and bathroom are like. And no shots of the garden.

Bring me some more please.

Northernlurker · 22/03/2009 18:38

Hmmmm - tough crowd!

try this

MaryMotherOfCheeses · 22/03/2009 18:39

Grrr, you've just made me go on Rightmove.

I've often admired this one as we drive past it. Not stunning from outside but the views are to die for.

FigmentOfYourImagination · 22/03/2009 18:39

That's more like it but I'd have to gut the kitchen and liven it up a bit inside. Very staid

Northernlurker · 22/03/2009 18:41

this needs work

Gorgimama?

FigmentOfYourImagination · 22/03/2009 18:43

Nice but for £2m and not even detached with a poky kitchen!

twinsetandpearls · 22/03/2009 18:43

another arts and crafts number

FigmentOfYourImagination · 22/03/2009 18:44

I like

Northernlurker · 22/03/2009 18:45

rectory -but no internal pictures - must be a wreck

OP posts:
FigmentOfYourImagination · 22/03/2009 18:46

TSAP, I like yours a lot. Shame there's no decent external shot of the actual house though

mrsmaidamess · 22/03/2009 18:47

Blimey that rectory is the same price as my Semi in Kingston!

twinsetandpearls · 22/03/2009 18:47

If you look closely you can see a footballers wife on the bog checking her fake tan lines

twinsetandpearls · 22/03/2009 18:48

Yes I thought that Figment, I know wareham but cant say I have seen it, it must be tucked away.

FigmentOfYourImagination · 22/03/2009 18:49

Vicarage - I like but I'd have to sort out the decor and do the kitchen

twinsetandpearls · 22/03/2009 18:50

my daughter wants this one every time we drive past it, someone needs to explain a teacher's salary to her

Northernlurker · 22/03/2009 18:50

Figment - HOW can a house that lovely have so crap a kitchen??

Twinset - that is lovely - but do you think it's possible to have too much lake?

OP posts:
FigmentOfYourImagination · 22/03/2009 18:50
