This wallpaper was really inexpensive, but it was the one I really liked so went for it anyway! I love some of the ones on this thread though - wish we had had this thread a year ago!

So my 10 year old DS has asked for a black and gold bedroom and wants black and gold wallpaper! It would be on one wall only to replace the Little Sanderson treasure map wallpaper that we put up when we moved in when he was two. Obviously he’s much more mature now and he needs something that will last through the teenage years and beyond…but black and gold feels very grown up for a ten year old. Anyone got examples of something suitable?!

Tricky,most black and gold wallpaper seems to be floral or damask.

There's a black wallpaper on the Dunelm website, but I struggled trying to find something he may like.

Beautiful- what colour will you paint your woodwork?

@TempersFuggit I painted all the woodwork Whale Bone 0203 by Colourtrend (similar to the cabinet colour in the Little Green image) last summer, so I'm leaving it for now. I'd love to reconsider but the thought of painting all the trim again fills me with dread!
