am just a little nervous about selling.....have never done before and I dont want anythink to go wrong.

That is our dream house but in the wrong place. Houses very similar go for around £150k round here, we are renting one very similar now.

Where are you purple....150K sounds a lot for a mid terrace

I just hope it goes quickly, I have loads I want to do to the house we live in now.

Mid terraces are going for £150K or more on my side of Liverpool SA2 end terraces a bit more.
