Tis lovely........tis cheap...........has been loved and cared for, for a long time........it has a new roof and new windows.........it has lovely neighbours.........3 bedrooms and front and back gardens, a boiler that works, a shed, window blinds and carpets upstairs, tiled floor downstairs............eeeeeeeerrrrrm...3 bedrooms

and no chain what so ever. £87,950

In the Knowsley area, 2 minutes from the M62, 15 mins walk from the train station. 10 minute drive from lpool airport.

Any genuine questions please ask away

I'd move the bin and paint the door red and either leave fence out of shot or spruce it up a bit and maybe a couple of pots with plants in on either side of the door.

BreeVanDerCampLGJ · 25/03/2008 19:32

Is the passageway yours ?

If so I would shove the bins in there.

Then I would buy a load of plastic(terracota) pots and ram them full of colour and put them under the front window and near the front door.

I was gonna say ledodgy, those houses by you are much older terraces with the higher ceilings etc.......blimey though 150K that is good

this is very near me and it has a smaller garden than most in the road.

If only I could move that far away.....

Nemoandthefishes · 25/03/2008 19:36

Stoppin you need some more pics on there not just the front.

Ledodgy · 25/03/2008 19:37

yeah i agree interior pics.

stoppinattwo · 25/03/2008 19:37

The passageway is shared, I have asked them to take another piccy without the wheelie bin in shot. I could do some pots with a few bright flowers in yes good plan and was also gonna paint the shelter over the front door.

Dodgy.............DP would sooner flush his head down the toilet than paint the front door red!!!!! Evertonian dontcha know!!

I also think the plan is to re-treat the fence once we get a bit of good weather. There are some double gates to go back on, they got blown off in the gales and dont see the point in putting them back on yet till the weather brightens up a bit

thank you for your comments though, could do with the house doctor i think.

now however it is completley empty and I could go and take come interior shots.....I tinhk the estate agent will do that though

belcantavinissima · 25/03/2008 19:46

me too i love taring up houses! esp on someone elses budget lol

nemo- thats a shame- perhaps you could pick it up and move it? there is a tudor house in exter that was famously taken apart, moved on a lorry and rebuilt a few yards away when the inner by pass was built many years ago!

Nemoandthefishes · 25/03/2008 19:49

bel..ha you obviously dont know us very well..we couldnt afford to pay for a dog turd to be moved 200 miles never mind a house..

belcantavinissima · 25/03/2008 19:51

lol- neither will we if we eventually get to move to where we want to go!

princessosyth · 25/03/2008 19:51

Bel, I would love to buy your house! It is twice the size of mine and cheaper. I just need to persuade dh to move to Devon, what city is the agents blurb refering to Exeter?

EiWishFor3MoreEasterEggs · 25/03/2008 19:51

stoppin i would definitely get some interior pics done when we were sellin our house and looking for one we wouldnt (DH wouldnt i should say) consider lookin at ones without interior pics. he said if they havent put pics on of the inside it must be a horrible house. i can see his logic (sort of) but i dread to think how many other people had thought the same and how many buyers were put off by the fact that the could only see a pic of the front of the house your house looks lovely though and is a popular buy recently in liverpool. i hope you sell soon
xx ei xx
