Thanks for that JJ, I had heard about this 5% deposit thing and was wondering about doing that.

i think I will get my list of jobs to do and get DP organised once the kids are bakc next week. I will make sure tha gardens are tidy and the fences are treated etc etc, we do have a for sale sing in the garden, it needs putting back up thought as the winds over the weekend have blown it down.

I feel a little retail therapy coming on!!!!

we did have an investor coming to look last week............he offered £74,950 was very disappointed, told him to shove his wadd no thank you it wasnt enough

I have spoken to the Agent and asked that they add an offer of 5% deposit paid if the asking price is met by first time buyers.

the Agent is also going to redo my photograph and have a video tour of the inside of the house

I just hope it drums up a bit of interest............any advice is very welcome thankyou. I am making a list atm for DP to be gettin on with next week, changing handles n general spruce up that sort of thing
