We're due to sign all the paperwork at our solicitors tomorrow for the sale of our house and purchase of dream house. The house is pretty much packed up - 40+ boxes, 4 trips to the tip and about 8 bin bags to the charity shop so far.

Tell me it's not going to go horribly wrong at the last minute..!

Yes - completed today! Can't quite believe it and am quite scared - the house is in a total state - very like a 'before' in a DIY SOS programme..!

Got everything crossed for you RUBY, It seems that nothing happens for so long and then it all happens at once, you will be fine.
I can pack no more, seriously how much stuff can you fit into a 2 bed flat? A lot apparently.

we cleared out the garage in preparation for moving and it still seems full
